The top layer is called transfer tape (dear). The middle layer is your actual decal. The bottom layer is called the backing paper and is treated with a release agent to allow the decal to be applied.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>CLEAN: Wipe clean the window or the surface you are applying the decal to with rubbing alcohol. Allow to dry.<\/li>\n<li>RUB: Use a credit card or scraper and rub the decal.<\/li>\n<li>PEEL: Carefully, peel the backing paper from the tape. If the decal is not ticking to the tape, replace tape and rub again.
